The Big Book of Amiga Hardware is probably the largest online Amiga Hardware reference in the world, thanks to the help of many of the site's readers. If you're looking for information on that exclusive piece of hardware, wonder what amazing expansions were actually made for the amiga, or need drivers for that second-hand kit you've just bought, then you've come to the right place. 

The Big Book of Amiga Hardware has been and still is a community effort. In addition to the material of Ian Chapman and Mario Misic , a large amount of material has been submitted by the readers which has helped this site grow to the success it is. The BBoAH works precisely because it's a community effort and without your support I would not be able to keep it up to date, and informative

Das Big Book of Amiga Hardware ist die wahrscheinlich groesste online Amiga Hardware Referenz der Welt. Vielen herzlichen Dank fuer die Unterstuetzung durch die Leser dieser Seiten. Wenn du nach Informationen ueber eine spezielle Hardware suchst dann bist du hier genau richtig.

 

Das Big Book of Amiga Hardware war und ist ein Werk der Amiga-Gemeinschaft.

 

Zusaetzlich zu dem Matrial das von Ian Chapman und Mario Misic stammt und dem was durch die vielen Einsendungen aus aller Welt bisher integriert wurde, wird natürlich immer noch eine Menge an Infos gesucht. Das BBoAH ist sehr genau, weil eine Gemeinschaft daran arbeitet und Eintraege immer wieder mit neuen Informationen aktualisiert werden. Einsendungen sind jederzeit herzlich willkommen.

 

Durch die neue Software wird es nun auch leichter Einsendungen zu machen. Klickt einfach oben auf "Neue Hardware eintragen" und tragt eure Einsendung da ein. Nach einer Überprüfung wird die Einsendung dann übernommen. Wer nicht genau weiss was er hat oder auch Fragen zum "Wie" hat kann gerne im BBoAH Forum fragen stellen. Dieses BBoAH Forum ist Teil des Amiga-Resistance Forums, so dass ihr euch entweder da anmelden müsst um zu posten (leider nötig, da die Spammer nicht aussterben) oder das Kontakt-Formular benutzt damit ich es dort einstellen kann.

 

Ausserdem werden immer noch eine Menge Bilder gesucht. Einsendungen dazu sind jederzeit herzlich willkommen.

 

Was ausserdem benötigt wird ist Hilfe bei den Uebersetzungen ins Deutsche. Wer Interresse hat mitzuwirken kann sich jederzeit bei mir melden. Wer Lust und Interresse daran hat, dem BigBook neue Features zu verleihen ist ebenfalls willkommen. Diskussionen dazu bitte im BBoAH-Forum.

 Im Moment wird an den deutschen und polnischen Übersetzungen gearbeitet.
