CSA: Turbo Amiga Win20

The Win20 was a SCSI interface designed to be used with the CSA Turbo Amiga Tower and CSA Turbo Amiga Box. The "Win20" is probably formed from the term "Winchester", the old name for a hard disk and the fact it was supplied with a 20MB disk.
